All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value. Prices may change at any time.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, or to transmit any harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
GlbTOKEN is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes

We implement industry-standard security measures. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled by Stripe and Paystack directly.
4. Third Parties
We share data only with our payment processors (Stripe, Paystack) and AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for API routing. We never sell your data.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Token Purchases
All token purchases are final. Tokens that have been used (consumed via API or chat) cannot be refunded.
Unused Tokens
If your account is active and tokens have not been used, please contact support at [email protected] for a case-by-case review.
Service Downtime
In the event of extended service downtime (>48 hours), we may issue token credits at our discretion.
Crypto Payments
Crypto payments are processed on-chain and are generally non-reversible. Please verify all transaction details before sending.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all token balances.
